Refund Policy

Every video shows its credit price before you press Generate. If a photo fails the video provider's review, or the render breaks for any reason, those credits return to your balance on their own, usually within minutes. There's nothing to request, and you can spend them again straight away.

Credit packs are one-off purchases, not subscriptions, and credits you buy never expire. They're added the moment your payment goes through, so credits already delivered aren't refunded as cash, unless the law requires it, the payment failed, or we didn't deliver what you paid for.

Paid but no credits? Get in touch and we'll add them or refund you.

Free credits, such as sign-up or promotional credits, have no cash value, can't be refunded and may expire as shown in your credit history.

If an outage or a bug on our end stops your videos from being made, the credits come back as described above. If it hit you in a way these rules don't cover, write to us and we'll make it right.

Cash refunds go to the card or method you paid with, through our payment provider. If we refund soon after you paid, the pending charge often just drops off your statement. Otherwise your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

Any consumer rights you have where you live still apply.
