ClipsRemake is a website that turns photos into short videos from ready-made trend templates. We run the site and the account, storage and video generation behind it.

This policy applies to the website and to video generation.

Account details: your email address, your name, how you sign in, and the basic profile a sign-in provider such as Google shares with us.

What you upload and make: your photos and the videos generated from them.

Usage and device data: the pages you open, a rough location based on your IP address, your browser type, and a device identifier we use to stop free-credit abuse.

Payments: our payment provider processes purchases. We get a record of the purchase, never your full card number.

We use this information to run ClipsRemake: signing you in, making the videos you ask for, keeping them in your account, handling payments and credits, answering support requests, preventing fraud and abuse, and making the service better.

To make a video, we send your photos and the template's reference clip to ByteDance's Seedance video models (Seedance 2.0 Fast and Seedance 2.5). They use them only to review your photos and render your request.

The people in your photos will be recognizable in the result. Only upload a photo if you're allowed to use it and the person in it has agreed. Never upload photos of children.

Videos are AI recreations and can have flaws. Nothing in them is a statement by the people pictured.

We share information only with the companies that help us run ClipsRemake (hosting, storage, email, payments, analytics and video generation), when the law requires it, or to protect our users and the service. We never sell personal information.

Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after the video is made. Your videos stay in your account for as long as the account is open.

Want your account and everything in it removed sooner? Email support@clipsremake.com. We may keep a minimal record where the law, a dispute, fraud prevention or a payment requires it.

Your data travels encrypted, sits in private storage and is protected by access controls. No system is perfectly safe, so use a strong password or a trusted sign-in provider.

Cookies keep you signed in and remember choices such as your theme. When analytics is on, we use it to see how the site is used overall, never to profile you.

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you: email support@clipsremake.com from your account's address. Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights, including complaining to your data protection authority.

ClipsRemake isn't meant for anyone under 16. If you're under 16, don't create an account or upload photos, and nobody should upload photos of a person under 16. If you think we hold a child's data, tell us and we'll delete it.
